We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at ANGELA NAILS AND SPA LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and receiving payments
  • Record and relay information accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and products
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
