We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the plumbing and HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
