We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Coreservice Insurance Brokers Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the branch.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize financial performance.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
- Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department to achieve sales targets.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
