We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Coreservice Insurance Brokers Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and vendors.
- Oversee Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Lead Sales Department: Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the sales department.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on client satisfaction and needs.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
