We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Coreservice Insurance Brokers Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
- Sales Department: Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the sales department to achieve sales targets.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and collaborative.
