- Align distribution strategies with Group Benefits business practices, sponsor expectations, and Canada segment goals, working closely with Business Units.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Communicate complex technical issues effectively, translating them into fundamental concepts for stakeholders.
- Develop and present PowerPoint decks to clearly convey business priorities and project progress.
- 7+ years of project management experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Project management certification.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Toronto, Montreal, or Waterloo office.
