About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in product management, innovation, and strategy. As a Strategy and Innovation Leader, Card Products, you will be responsible for leading large-scale digital transformation projects, developing innovative approaches to complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital transformation projects and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments in the banking industry
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects
  • 3-5 years of experience in card products
  • Relevant experience in payment and financing
  • Ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes and Confluence/JIRA tools
  • Excellent ability to influence stakeholders
