Operations Director for Administrative Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the administrative aspects of our organization in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Implement Administrative Procedures: Review and assess new administrative procedures to ensure they align with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to drive productivity.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
- Motivation and Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource utilization.
- Information Flow: Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
- Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in administration. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
