Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade certificate for the province of Ontario (433A) or equivalent
  • 3-4 or more years of industrial experience
  • Strong mechanical background with ability to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
