Your Role:

We're seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll lead and support intermediate and senior engineers in the completion of building projects from concept to completion. You'll work collaboratively with architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure project deadlines are met and final deliverables align with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting intermediate and senior engineers in the completion of building projects in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood.
  • Working and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project deadlines are met and final deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Analyzing and designing new building structures utilizing industry-leading software.
  • Developing designs to modify existing structures and designing additions and/or repairs.
  • Providing technical support during construction.
  • Assisting in creating standard details and procedures for design and contract administration.
  • Participating in continued education through formal technical training and collaborative presentations.
