Working with provincial, regional, and local municipal agencies, as well as select contracting partners, you will be involved in large-scale projects across the transportation spectrum. From project planning to lifecycle cost analysis, load evaluation, and construction administration, you will be responsible for providing full-service bridge engineering support.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer with a strong background in design and engineering of bridge projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, a Professional Engineering (P.Eng) license, and a solid understanding of alternative delivery methodology.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Successful participation in and completion of multi-disciplined bridge projects, rail bridges, and complex design
  2. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff
  3. Collaboration in small and large teams, leading the integration with other engineering disciplines
  4. Production of conceptual design, detailed design, technical specifications, cost, and schedule estimating
  5. Preparation of reports and contract documents for review agencies, clients, and the public

What You Will Bring

  1. A Professional Engineering (P.Eng) license with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
  2. 15+ years of experience in design and engineering of bridge projects
  3. Experience and understanding of alternative delivery methodology
  4. Metrolinx and AREMA experience
  5. CN Rail, CP Rail, and MTO experience considered an asset
