We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Support Specialist to join our team at Taksa Chiropractic Professional Corporation. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for maintaining supplies, inventory of equipment, and performing general clerical duties. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, managing routine office functions, and ordering supplies and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to relocate. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to maintain accurate records and provide excellent client service.
We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and a welcoming work environment. We provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees. We also offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
