Job Summary

Cander 2020 is seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and recruiting graduates of colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and experience.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges and universities, utilizing various recruitment channels and techniques.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training, promoting employee development and growth.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Computer and technology skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

Work Term: Permanent.

Work Language: English.

Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
