Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jasmine Restaurant LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the restaurant operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and communicating with attendees.
  • Direct staff and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Organized and accurate.
  • Client focus and reliability.
  • Time management skills.
