We are seeking a skilled Rental Asset Coordinator to join our Water Transfer Division.

Job Summary

The Rental Asset Coordinator will be responsible for performing rental and fleet administration, including vendor relationship management, tracking current and returned rentals, and daily review of vehicle alerts/status via Geotab.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, communication, and monitoring of payment terms and credit
  • Create Purchase Orders for materials/services prior to delivery or provision
  • Track current and returned rentals
  • Conduct daily reviews of vehicle alerts/status via Geotab
  • Review pre-trips daily
  • Maintain and track kilometers
  • Perform file de-mob and pre-mob inspections, noting maintenance and deficiencies
  • Three-way match Purchase Orders to invoices to flag discrepancies
  • Route and manage approval processes for internal control requirements and deadlines
  • Ongoing reconciliation of vendor statements to internal records
  • Timely and accurate data entry and coding of invoice information
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field (asset)
  • Relevant accounts payable experience
  • Knowledge of accounting ERP software, field service software, and invoice processing software
Preferred Skills:
  • Time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with initiative
  • Proficient data entry using invoice processing and accounting applications
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Adaptable with comfort in change, learning, and ambiguity
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

We offer a competitive compensation package with scheduled days off. The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
