Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Capital Raising Strategy: Lead capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, to support our growth and expansion plans.
  • Revenue Operations: Analyze and enhance our commercial financial model, drive pricing strategies, and monitor customer acquisition lifecycle and sales pipeline.
  • Legal and Compliance: Oversee legal affairs, provide strategic guidance on legal matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Board and Investor Relations: Participate in Board meetings, provide financial insights, and prepare KPI reports and presentations for board meetings and investor updates.

  • Human Resource Management: Oversee the human resource function, including recruitment, retention, and development of talent.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Designated CPA with 10+ years of experience in an executive financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO, with a track record of driving financial performance and growth in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Demonstrated success in leading capital raising initiatives, including equity financing, debt financing, and M&A transactions.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, capital raising, investor relations, and corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of technology business models and recurring revenue streams.
  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the software industry, including contract management and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives, board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
