Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at AirBoss of America Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience, with a proven track record of success in manufacturing or production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
