Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Promotional Activities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the deployment of various promotions, analyzing data, and communicating with stores and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Team Leader, Promotional Activities, with all promotional activities for the La Vie En Rose and Bikini Village banners.
  • Follow up on communications related to promotions and respond to inquiries from stores and departments.
  • Send reminders of in-store promotions and ensure timely execution.
  • Analyze data from promotion results and provide insights for future campaigns.
  • Perform ad hoc reports in Power BI and update various documents and tools on the intranet.
  • Write press releases and promotional memos for the attention of stores and departments.
  • Support the creation of promotions and perform necessary tests in the Y2 system.
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation with various departments.
  • Stay up-to-date on new promotional trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • DEC in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
  • Experience in the field of retail and/or fashion is an asset.
  • Functional bilingualism (spoken and written) in French and English.
  • Advanced experience in Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Y2 and Power BI is an asset.
