Reign Activation Specialist

The Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) Program is a national marketing initiative for Monster Energy Company, aimed at generating trial of Monster Energy Drink products and communicating the Monster brand message to consumers, partners, peers, and customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the CEM Team to plan and execute marketing events, activations, and promotions.
- Support sales efforts through event and customer sampling activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Assist with lead generation for the Sales Division.
Essential Job Functions:
Ambassadors will have several roles and responsibilities, including:
- Generating trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling and distributing point-of-sale materials to consumers.
- Caring for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company.
- Arriving on time and adhering to shift schedules.
- Maintaining the brand appearance and wearing proper uniforms.
- Ensuring professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work at least one shift per week.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Passing a criminal background check.
Pay Rate: C$20/hr
