Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Assurance & Advisory practice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, including financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. You will also be expected to lead and manage teams, develop and implement business strategies, and build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  • Canadian CPA, CA designation
  • At least 7 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Canadian corporate and personal tax
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
