About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Support Specialist to join our team at ILAHSOL Technologies Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events in a timely and efficient manner.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative Tasks

Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks as required.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Bookkeeping and Financial Management

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Organizational Skills

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Reliability and Integrity

Exhibit a high level of reliability and integrity, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Work Environment
