Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Services Manager to join our team at CareOnDemand. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the delivery of healthcare services within our department.

About the Role
  • This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs, promoting efficient resource allocation.
  • C Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Evaluate daily operations, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
  • P Plan and organize daily operations, setting priorities and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • E Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • D Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions.
  • O Oversee the analysis of data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • P Prepare reports on operational performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare management or operations.
  • Permanent employment arrangement, offering stability and security.
  • English language proficiency, with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a bilingual environment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
