ATS Automation is seeking a highly skilled Automation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Services team, you will provide technical support to our customers worldwide, troubleshooting and resolving complex automation issues.
Responsibilities:- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve controls system issues, utilizing industry best practices and technical expertise.
- Document all troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of operating and troubleshooting information for the Remote Operations team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
- 10+ years of experience in automation, with a strong background in controls systems and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Eligible to travel domestically and internationally, with a valid driver's license.
