The Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in managing our client's business, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the development of best-in-class digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

This individual will work closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams to champion big ideas and drive business growth. A proactive partner with a strong understanding of brand planning and customer needs, this person will take ownership of the day-to-day management of multiple integrated touch points across various disciplines.

What you will do...

  • Drive the brand forward in a fast-paced, competitive market through innovative thinking and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and agency partners to leverage expertise and drive business success.
  • Serve as an advocate and coach to the account team to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Who you will be...

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • 3+ years of experience working with high-touch clients in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience executing CPG programs, preferred.
  • A successful and resourceful client manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and delegate effectively.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
