Job Title: Program Manager Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager Senior to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure program success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure program alignment with business priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in the public sector, particularly in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector I&IT standards and best practices for project management.
