About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter Specialist to join our team at Leberty Stone Construction Ltd. as a key member of our painting crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless look.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings to meet their specific needs.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to work areas.
Work Environment

As a Construction Painter Specialist, you will work in various locations, including residential and commercial sites. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and must be comfortable with physical demands of the job.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the painting trade.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work at heights.
