PCL Constructors is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments. The ideal candidate will develop proactive recruitment marketing activities to support robust candidate funnels against hiring forecasts. Key responsibilities include prioritizing candidate experience, maintaining and updating applicant tracking recruitment database, and analyzing statistics to report Key Performance Indicators. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain a strategic and consultative relationship with district HR and hiring managers. Additionally, they will stay informed of market conditions, trends, and programs to collaborate on strategic recruitment recommendations. The Recruitment Specialist will support international recruitment efforts and have a strong understanding of multiple industry practices. The ideal candidate will have a postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline, 3-5 years of progressive experience in a high-volume corporate recruiter role, and strong business acumen. They will also have strong time management and organizational skills, strong networking skills, and the ability to develop and maintain networks. Previous experience recruiting construction professionals is considered an asset.
