Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Kb1 Group Inc. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's needs are met.
  • Job Posting: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Employment Requirements: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
  • Staffing Policies: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to meet the company's needs.
