Position Overview: Staffing and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Staffing and Recruitment Specialist to join our team at IMPERIAL IMMIGRATION AND RECRUITMENT INC.. This role is essential in managing our staffing processes and ensuring we attract the best talent for our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current and future staffing requirements.
  • Develop and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
  • Evaluate and screen potential candidates.
  • Provide information to job seekers regarding employment criteria.
  • Review and analyze candidate applications.
  • Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Communicate hiring decisions to candidates and prepare employment offers.
  • Advise management and staff on recruitment policies and practices.
  • Assess eligibility for benefits and organize employee training programs.
