F12 is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and resolving their computer-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and software applications.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in the group.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and the internet.
  • Setup equipment for employee use, including proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.

Work Environment:


F12 is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will work under pressure and have repetitive tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to work with a team and develop your skills.


Requirements:



  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field.
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Time management skills.
  • Honesty and integrity.
