Atlantic Lottery is seeking a visionary President & Chief Executive Officer to drive its ambitious growth and global competition strategy. As a seasoned senior management professional, you will lead the organization through a period of transformation, leveraging your expertise in digital platforms, innovations, and strategic financial acumen to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to drive strategic decision-making and ensure effective governance.
  • Drive digital transformation, embracing emerging technologies to enhance the player experience and stay competitive.
  • Ensure strong financial management, maintaining a healthy balance between growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • Proven track record of leading change and driving growth in a medium to large organization.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with a focus on innovation and digital transformation.
  • Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset.
