Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our next President & Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic growth, navigating the complexities of the gaming industry, and fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our market position.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the organization, ensuring sound financial management practices, and making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our board of directors, employees, customers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Change Management: Lead and implement organizational changes to drive innovation, improve processes, and enhance our competitive position.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure Atlantic Lottery remains a leader in the gaming industry.

Requirements:

  • Senior Management Experience: At least 10 years of senior management experience in a medium to large organization, preferably in a digital, retail, or consumer goods environment.
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in a related field (i.e., commerce, marketing, finance) preferably complemented with a graduate degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Board Experience: Experience working with a board of directors in a commercial enterprise or crown corporation is an asset.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong strategic and financial acumen, with a proven track record of cultivating strong teams and a high-performance culture.
  • Digital Savvy: Embrace digital platforms and innovations to keep the organization competitive and relevant.
