About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on matters related to achievement of our corporate strategy and financial goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of our financial systems, processes, and tools to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our CEO, Board of Directors, and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 15 years of senior management experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Exceptional financial management and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaboration and leadership.
  • A strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with experience in implementing and managing large-scale financial projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A creative problem-solving approach, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
