Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at MassLynx Consultants Ltd. as a key member of our financial and business services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and external auditors.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
