Your Responsibilities
  1. Partner with production leads on prioritization of features and sub-features in project scope and development plan.
  2. Collaborate with peer design leadership on live service to ensure new features connect into relevant opportunities and insights.
  3. Prepare and analyze research to understand market trends, player sentiments, and use data to form a creative vision aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Designer working with internal teams within the video game industry and creating top-quality games.
  • Familiarity with player progression systems.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other designers, providing insightful feedback on design efforts.
  • Experience in console/AAA game development.
