About the Job:

The Producer II - Football Game Development role is an exciting opportunity to join our EA SPORTS FC team as a key contributor to the game's development. As a Producer, you will be responsible for driving the creation of features, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of features in collaboration with creatives and our partners
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings to align on product goals and requirements
  • Partner with the Development Directors to manage the feature schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables
  • Work closely with Art, UX, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables
  • Identify requirements and collaborate with our partners to ensure alignment
  • Bridge the gap between the design team and project managers, overseeing what experiences we build and why we build them and managing their delivery to our teams and partners
  • Report to the local Production lead

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner/Producer
  • Experience with KPI-driven mentality during Live Ops
  • Experience with waterfall and Agile development processes
  • Experience developing a staged product plan, including the creation of user stories and deliverables
  • Experience in UI/UX and Game Design is a bonus, not a requirement
