As a seasoned Game Development Leader at Avature, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our studio. We are seeking an experienced Production Line Manager to join our team and help us create amazing games and experiences.

About the Role

This Director of Operations position is responsible for leading a team of talented individuals, fostering growth, and driving innovation. You will work closely with our Studio Production Director to develop and implement strategies that elevate our craft and achieve career goals.

This Senior Team Lead will report to the Studio Line Director and be part of a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and valued.

We are considering on-site and hybrid working options, so you can choose what works best for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor a wide range of Production staff, from junior to senior directors, through regular interactions and feedback sessions
  • Develop and implement talent plans to identify opportunities for growth and resource allocation
  • Partner with other Line Managers to drive studio initiatives and enhance our high-performance culture

We believe you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in game development, with a proven track record of leading a production team through a fully shipped game
  • A strong background in management, including experience with a range of production staff, from junior to senior levels
  • A passion for mentoring and growing others, with a focus on individual growth and development
