Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Urban Construction Limited is seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and ensuring the smooth delivery of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Estimate costs and materials for customer service projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles required
Work Environment:

Our workplace is a hybrid environment with a mix of office and outdoor work. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
