We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the West Bedford Transitional Care Centre in Nova Scotia.
About the RoleThe Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in a tertiary care setting who present with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to achieve and maintain optimal health, fitness, and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills through ongoing continuing education
