As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of procurement solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Team to ensure existing systems are maintained and projects move forward on time and within budget.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements documentation.
  • Build understanding of procurement and fleet management business processes and the technology that supports them.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions related to the procurement domain.
  • Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to the procurement group.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the IT team.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting procurement-related applications.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a decentralized and remote team environment.
