Job Summary

The Solution Delivery Manager will work directly with Nutrien's Procurement Team to ensure existing systems are maintained, opportunities identified for improvement, and projects move forward on time and within budget. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and coordination with IT team members, vendors, business stakeholders, and other resources to establish and implement effective solutions to business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build understanding of procurement and fleet management business processes and the technology that supports it
  • Translate business needs to functional and technical requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with procurement to prioritize backlogs for resolution and development along with our delivery partners
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions related to the procurement domain
  • Collaborate with managed services supporting procurement and fleet management applications
  • Understand, advocate, and support enterprise strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to procurement group
  • Serve as either a project manager or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development, including cross-domain experience with a strong preference for proficient understanding in SAP and SAP S4 environments
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting procurement-related applications
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions considered an asset
