Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement systems, and we're looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Procurement Support Team, you will work closely with our Procurement Team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to business problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Build understanding of procurement and fleet management business processes and the technology that supports it
- Translate business needs to functional and technical requirements documentation
- Collaborate with procurement to prioritize backlogs for resolution and development along with our delivery partners
- Identify opportunities for improvement within business process and technology solutions related to the procurement domain
- Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to procurement group
- Serve as either a project manager or technical lead to ensure business value is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting procurement-related applications
- Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions considered an asset
