Job SummaryThe Solution Delivery Manager will work directly with Nutrien's Procurement Team to ensure existing systems are maintained, opportunities identified for improvement, and projects move forward on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to establish and implement effective solutions to business problems.
- Coordinate work with IT team members, vendors, business stakeholders, and other resources.
- Build understanding of procurement and fleet management business processes and the technology that supports it.
- Translate business needs to functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within business process and technology solutions related to the procurement domain.
- Collaborate with procurement to prioritize backlogs for resolution and development.
- Provide direction to and support managed services supporting procurement and fleet management applications.
- Understand, advocate, and support enterprise strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to procurement group.
- Champion continuous improvement within the IT team.
We're looking for a graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field. A minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development is required.
Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions is considered an asset. Adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating and communicating effectively in a business environment is essential.
