The role of a Licensed Electrician at PepsiCo involves maintenance of site equipment and performing preventative maintenance inspections. Responsibilities include completion of preventative and predictive maintenance inspections and electrical and/or mechanical repairs, execution of daily assigned work, management through emergency breakdowns, and support in root cause and prevention of future downtime events.

Requirements
  • Valid Electrical license in the province of Ontario (309A or 442)
  • Certificate of apprenticeship as an asset
  • Knowledge of PLC and control systems
  • Communication/computer skills
  • Experience with operational process/packaging equipment in the food industry
