- Lead a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and storeroom personnel to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for the department.
- Manage maintenance projects and periodic shutdowns, ensuring scheduled planned preventative and predictive maintenance are completed to standard to minimize unplanned downtime.
