  • Lead a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and storeroom personnel to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for the department.
  • Manage maintenance projects and periodic shutdowns, ensuring scheduled planned preventative and predictive maintenance are completed to standard to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Analyze equipment/downtime issues to identify root cause and develop corrective actions.
  • Apply specific technical skills as required to support issues quickly to minimize downtime.
