About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Encompass Solutions Group Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, manage budgets, and oversee the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, develop and implement quality control programs, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Team Management: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
