Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform construction decisions
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure effective team management
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
