Job Overview

A.A.G Services (Construction & Renovation) LTD is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee various projects. This role involves ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Work Environment

The position will require working at various locations, adapting to different project needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed production and progress reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects.
  • Schedule and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Oversee training programs for apprentices.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for external training.
  • Utilize CADD and other software for project planning.
  • Set up necessary machinery and equipment.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct team members effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
