Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Verve Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at our Richmond Hill residence. As an RPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the needs of individual residents and develop personalized care plans to promote maximum independence.
  • Administer medications and provide treatments in accordance with current standards of care and policies.
  • Supervise and guide care staff in providing resident care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
Requirements:
  • Current RPN license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Minimum of grade 12 education.
  • Previous experience working as an RPN in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
