Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
